The International Port Performance Workshop which is being organized by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) from 28-31 October in Manila will focus on technical matters of data definition and sharing, as well as discussions on the structures required for a sustainable data sharing port community.  25 senior port managers from Benin, Indonesia, Namibia, Peru, the Philippines, and Tanzania representing the English, French and Spanish Port Training Networks are participating in the workshop. They will be given the opportunity to be prepared on the changes and strategic reforms on modern seaports towards greater competitiveness based on higher standards of performance. This workshop is one of the recommendations in the action plan from the PTP English-speaking network’s Coordination Meeting 2013 in Belfast which intends to focus on measuring the impacts of the Port Training Programme in relation to the performance of beneficiary ports.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”2140″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” image_hovers=”false” css=”.vc_custom_1562693358369{margin-top: 50px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
