The International Port Performance Workshop which is being organized by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) from 28-31 October in Manila will focus on technical matters of data definition and sharing, as well as discussions on the structures required for a sustainable data sharing port community. 25 senior port managers from Benin, Indonesia, Namibia, Peru, the Philippines, and Tanzania representing the English, French and Spanish Port Training Networks are participating in the workshop. They will be given the opportunity to be prepared on the changes and strategic reforms on modern seaports towards greater competitiveness based on higher standards of performance.
