Delivery of PMP Module 6, Cycle 4 in Ghana

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]TrainForTrade, in cooperation with Ghana Ports & Harbours Authority (GPHA) local organising committee, will deliver Module 6 of the Modern Port Management Course from 10 – 14 July 2017 in Takoradi. 27 middle managers from the port communities of Ghana who are enrolled in the UNCTAD TrainForTrade Port Management Programme will participate in the course.

The module will be delivered by a port expert from Valencia Port, along with senior managers from GPHA who have been certified by TrainForTrade as local trainers.

The sixth of the eight training modules examines the the economic and commercial management of ports, and highlights the need for modern successful ports to invigorate their management and develop a commercial strategy to preserve their current customers and source new ones.

Ghana is currently undertaking the fourth cycle of the Port Management Programme.
