This workshop is designed for top port managers to become instructors to replicate the programme at national levels in their port communities. Selected participants will take part in the e-learning, working sessions, the technical visit of the Port of Cork, the Port Endeavor game and the Coordination Meeting that will be held on the last day. The said meeting will give members of the network the opportunity to exchange good practices and lessons learned as well as discuss road maps and action plans. This ToT will cover modules 5-8 of the course on Modern Port Management. It is a great opportunity to increase the pool of core instructors from your port community members of the PMP network.
