UNCTAD TRAINFORTRADE third SPOC on “E-commerce for Practitioner” in ECOWAS countries (4 – 22 May 2015)

UNCTAD through its TRAINFORTRADE programme launched the TRAINFORTRADE Project in West Africa in early 2013, to strengthen capacities in the area of e-Commerce. As part of this project, and in cooperation with the ECOWAS Commission, TRAINFORTRADE will run a third SPOC (Small Private Online Course) on “E-Commerce for Practitioner” from 4 to 22 May 2015 in English, starting with module 1 “An overview of e-commerce”.
ECOWAS countries have been invited to participate in the course and participants from Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia and Sierra Leon have already registered. The training course is designed for experts involved in the business of E-commerce and will be followed by face-to-face courses. In each country, a TFT technical tutor will facilitate the delivery at local level. This activity is funded by the United Nations Development Account.
