Port Management Programme: Coaching in Haiti 12-19 September
In the framework of the French-speaking network of the Port Management Programme (PMP), a Modern Port Management Coaching Workshop will be held from 12-19 September in Cap-Haitien, Haiti in collaboration with the National Ports Authority (APN).
The workshop will aim to teach participants to:
- Prepare for the dissemination of the port training program at the national level;
- Disseminate group and individualized training using validated material;
- Evaluate the results of a training and prepare a dissemination report.
The educational seminar is primarily dedicated to senior port managers. It is aimed at future Haitian trainers in priority with senior port managers from other member ports of the TrainForTrade French-speaking network. Current trainers may also request to follow this program again in order to update their pedagogical knowledge. It will take place over a period of four and a half working days and will be dedicated to traditional and distance course delivery techniques. Educational material validated by the TrainForTrade methodology will be used.
